ORDERING OF PRODUCTS

 

When you place an order via BeYou Skin-Care the order is a binding offer to purchase products under these terms and conditions. You will, before approving your order, have the option to correct or delete products that you have added to the shopping cart and change the information you have provided in connection with your purchase. Your order is not shipped or binding until you have printed "approve order".

PAYMENTS:

We offer payments through VISA-DANKORT, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL. All prices in EU includes Danish tax (VAT) and duty, 25%, exclusive shipping costs.

Credit card information is communicated via beyousc.com to PBS on a secure and encrypted SSL connection. BeYou Skin-Care does not have access to your payment card information.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

 

BeYou Skin-Care sends you an electronic order confirmation as approval of your purchase. Order Confirmation contains order number, name, address, shipping address, payment method, specification of the ordered products and the total price incl. any delivery costs. 
BeYou Skin-Care receives a digital copy of all orders, but it is recommended that you print the order confirmation as it contains important information about the sale. The order confirmation is also relevant if the purchase is canceled or you have objections to the purchased. Final agreement has been reached when the order confirmation has been sent from BeYou Skin-Care and the agreement includes the products listed in the order confirmation.

 

When you receive the order confirmation, it is recommended that you review it and immediately contact BeYou Skin-Care if you believe it contains errors or inconsistencies. The order stated in the order confirmation is valid unless you make a written submission immediately after receipt of the order confirmation, as BeYou Skin-Care will ship the product immediately after the order receipt.

SHIPPING

From the date you receive your order confirmation, the expected time of delivery is 2-6 weekdays. Shipping cost will appear in your order confirmation

• Purchase for over EUR 100.00 is delivery free of charge inside of Europe. 

• Prices for under EUR 100.00 inside of Europe will cost EUR 20

• Shipping cost outside of Europe is EUR 25 for purchase less than EUR 300.00 purchase for EUR 301.00 delivery free of charge.

BeYou Skin-Care is responsible for your purchase until you have received them. 

 

14 DAYS CANCELLATION  RIGHT OF RETURN:

You have the right to return your purchase up to 14 days from the date you receive the purchased product. The products must be returned in the same condition and quantity. The return / withdrawal right begin from the date, you receive the product.

Items can be returned directly to beyousc.com. Return costs of shipment is on you. The cost for your purchase will be refunded to you, when we receive the products and examine the returned product. An electronic return may take up to 5 weekdays. You must send a notification that you wish to cancel the purchase, the notification can be sent to

GOODS EXCEPT FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Some goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal, including: 
- Delivery of goods which, for reasons of health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the packaging has been broken after delivery.

As it is a skin care product, you lose your right of withdrawal if you break the packaging or use it, as the product is therefore not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

 

REPAYMENT OF PURCHASE AMOUNT

 

If you regret your purchase, you will receive the money back you may have paid incl. Any cost of BeYou Skin=Care shipment of it purchased to you as soon as BeYou Skin-Care has received your notice that you will regret your purchase. When returning products, you will first receive the money when BeYou Skin-Care has had an opportunity to check it returned.

In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted.

INVESTIGATIONS AND SHORTCOMINGS

 

When you receive the purchased, you must immediately investigate the purchased, including carefully check it delivered to find out if it has any errors or omissions. You can complain to BeYou Skin-Care within two years after receipt of the purchased if there are errors or omissions. However, always remember to complain in a timely manner after you have discovered the error or lack.

The information you give BeYou Skin-Care in connection with your purchase via beyous.com (name, address, phone number, e-mail, etc.) as well as information that you may give BeYou Skin-Care is treated confidentially and used to expedite your ordering, for statistical use and for any other contact with you. BeYou Skin-Care does not collect information about you elsewhere from. Personal data is transmitted from you to beyousc.com in non-encrypted form. Personal information is stored by BeYou Skin-Care in a database on a secure server for which there is no public access. Your information is kept for up to 6 years and only to the extent that it is legal. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the possibility of insight into and correction of the personal data that concern you. You may also object to further processing of your personal information.
